Lynn Lehman, M.Ed., CPLP is the owner of Training Design Plus. Lynn utilizes her extensive instructional design experience by developing creative and low-cost training programs and strategies for organizations in the Central PA region. Her primary goal is to help companies utilize and maximize the expertise found within their own organizations.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College and a Master of Education degree in Training and Development from the Pennsylvania State University. In the last 10 years in the performance improvement field, she has provided hundreds of hours of training, consulting and coaching in such diverse areas as transition management, human growth and development, computer skills, team building, crisis management, conflict resolution, giving & receiving feedback and performance evaluation systems. A few large-scale performance improvement programs she has developed include certification programs, new employee orientation programs, computer-based 360-degree feedback system, supervision and leadership development programs, and organization-wide, ongoing professional development systems.

Lynn currently holds membership status in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has earned the CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) certification through ASTD.
